I know what it means to find your wings and take to the air. With my interesting, informative and inspiring talk I will show others how to fly. Since my first novel entered the UK market in the summer of 2016 I have gained valuable experience in what it takes to initially find a publisher, then getting published and later promoting the book. After all, writing and publishing a book in a language that is not your mother tongue, makes it even tougher. During 2017 I have given talks at the St Ives and Looe Literary Festivals. I have been presenting my personal story and what I have learned along the journey. No doubt all this will be of interest to the Penzance Litfest’s visitors and participants. My talk will be relaxed and informal, and I am happy to answer any questions and/or read a little from my first book “Petroc’s Church”. The story is aimed at young adults but my book has been read by all age groups (over 14) who enjoy romantic fiction.
