Rachel Lambert

Rachel Lambert is a forager, wild food guide and author. Based in Penzance, she has been teaching foraging since 2007 and is passionate about sharing these skills and edible de-lights with others. She is the author of the sell out book; Wild Food Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (2015) and her new book; Seaweed Foraging in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
