His BBC films include the feature-length ‘The Hunt for Moby-Dick’, and he is co-curator, with artist Angela Cockayne, of the Moby-Dick Big Read (mobydickbigread.comhttp://www.mobydickbigread.com), a free online recording of Melville’s book, read by Tilda Swinton, David Attenborough, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephen Fry and Fiona Shaw among others.
