
Raymond Tallis
Raymond Tallis is a philosopher, poet, novelist and cultural critic, and a retired physician and clinical neuroscientist.
For the last decade Tallis has been a full-time writer. He has published fiction, poetry, and 25 books on the philosophy of mind, philosophical anthropology, literary and cultural criticism. His most recent book – The Black Mirror. Fragments of an Obituary for Life – has been widely praised and Aping Mankind (2010) is being reissued in 2016 as a Routledge Classic.
