Tickets purchased on the door cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you have purchased your tickets through Cornish Riviera Box Office, please contact Cornish Riviera Box Office to claim a refund.
Refunds will not be offered unless a performance is cancelled and a suitable alternative is not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Discounts and Concessions
Discounts cannot be offered for tickets to events.
A concessionary rate of £2 on the standard ticket price of £3 is available for under-18s, full-time students, and visitors in receipt of benefits, excluding the state pension.
Tickets to some events, such as workshops and musical performances, or to events organised by Litfest partners, cost more than the standard price of £3 and may not be available at a concessionary rate. Please see individual event listings for details.
In the event that an event is cancelled, Penzance Literary Festival (“PLF”) will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the ticket holder. Liability is limited to the value of the face value of the ticket and a refund can be claimed for this amount.
PLF reserves the right to move or alter an event at short notice should the need arise. In this event, PLF will not be obliged to refund the ticket. PLF will make every effort to notify ticket holders of the change to an event.
